Tips For Healthier Children: 
 
1.) Give them more Pure Water, 
Less pop and juice, no Aspartame 
 
2.) Give them more Fruits and Vegetables, 
Less sugars and artificial colours,  
no MSG  
 
3.) Give them more Fiber, Sprouted Grain Breads, 
Less white flour products 
 
4.) More exercise, even a walk is great! 
Less TV and computers 
 
5.) Add a Children’s Multi-vitamin-mineral pill, 
make sure it is natural, no artificial 
colours and flavours 
no aspartame 
 
6.) Add Healthy fats and oils to their diet, 
Fish oils, Flax oil, Udo’s 
Raw nuts and seeds  
 
7.) Teach your children Deep Breathing, 
Getting air into their lungs 
Expand the ribcage 
Do not raise the shoulders 
 
8.) More Communication with your child, (not forced) 
Find out what's bugging them 
Teach them about their health  
 
9.) Read the ingredient labels, on foods, drink, body  
care, cleaners, etc.
