About the Author

I have many years of studying health related topics, along with numerous courses and counselling people on their health. I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC), with a Certificate in Reflexology and I have also taken many other Wholistic Health related courses. I have managed Health Stores and Natural Food Sections in larger stores. One of my goals has always been to simplify health so that everyone can use and understand it. What good is all the knowledge if you cannot educate people in a way they can understand and learn to change and better their life.

I am also a mother, so I have experience with Children's Health. In fact, I have written a book on Children's Health, you wil find it at www.authorhouse.com and www.amazon.com "Real Solutions to Children's Health" . I feel it is very important to start your children out with a healthy diet.

We also are animals lovers and have a cat, so animal nutrition is also an area I am experienced in. It really does make a difference what we feed our pets, as they are getting the same diseases that we humans are getting.
